Terms and Conditions

These terms govern participation in the Jillian Blair Skin Share the Glow Referral Program (the Program). By participating in the Program as a referring client or as a new client, you agree to these terms. These terms are incorporated into and governed by the Jillian Blair Skin Terms and Conditions, available at www.jillianblairskin.com.

Who Can Participate

• Referring clients must be existing JBS clients with an active account on Vagaro at the time the referral is made.

• New guests must be first-time JBS clients who have not previously booked or received a service at any JBS location. Existing clients, dormant or past clients with previous or old accounts are not eligible to receive the new guest welcome add-on.

• JBS staff members are not eligible to participate as referring clients.

• One referrer per new guest. If a new guest mentions more than one referring client, only the first named referral on record at the time of booking is eligible for the reward.

How to Refer

To make a valid referral, the new guest must mention the referring client's name at the time of booking by filling in the "referred by" field on the intake form, before their first appointment is confirmed. Referrals submitted after booking and intake is complete, after the appointment has taken place, or through any other method will not be accepted.

New Guest Welcome Gift

Eligible new guests will receive a complimentary add-on service (microcurrent) during their first visit. The specific add-on is selected by JBS based on availability and service compatibility and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or an alternative service. The welcome add-on has no cash value and is not transferable. Pregnant first time guests will receive an alternative add-on.

Referring Client Rewards​

For each new guest who completes their first appointment, the referring client receives:

• A $25 credit applied to their JBS account on Vagaro, redeemable toward a future service.

• After their 5th qualifying referral completes a first appointment: one complimentary JBS Signature Facial, scheduled at a mutually agreed time subject to availability.

Credits are issued to the referring client's Vagaro account within a reasonable time following the new guest's completed first appointment. JBS is not responsible for delays in Vagaro processing.

Credit Terms

• Each $25 credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Credits not redeemed before the expiry date are forfeited without refund or extension.

• Credits may be stacked. A maximum of $50 in referral credits (two credits) may be applied toward a single service visit. Credits in excess of $50 may be applied to a subsequent visit, subject to the 12-month expiry on each credit.

• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable. They may not be exchanged for cash, applied to product purchases, packages or memberships, or transferred to another client account.

• Credits may not be used with any promotion or other discount. 

• Credits are applied at checkout to service fees only. They may not be applied toward any other charge.

• If a service to which a credit has been applied is subsequently refunded, the credit is reinstated to the referring client's account for the remainder of its original validity period.​

Signature Facial Milestone Reward

The complimentary JBS Signature Facial is earned once a referring client's 5th unique new guest referral completes their first appointment. The following applies:

• Each qualifying referral must be a different new guest. Repeat referrals of the same individual do not count toward the milestone.

• The milestone facial must be booked and completed within 12 months of the date the milestone is reached. It is forfeited if not redeemed within that period.

• The milestone facial is for the JBS Signature Facial service only and may not be substituted for a different service or redeemed as a credit.

• The milestone facial has no cash value and is non-transferable.​

Program Integrity

JBS reserves the right to disqualify any referral, withhold any reward, or remove a client from the Program if we determine that the referral was made in bad faith, through fraudulent means, or in a manner inconsistent with these terms. This includes but is not limited to self-referrals, referrals of fictitious individuals, and attempts to manipulate the referral tracking system.

Good to Know

If you share your experience with JBS publicly, whether on social media, in a review, or anywhere else, and you participate in the Share the Glow program, please disclose that connection. A simple note like 'I received a referral credit' is all it takes.

 

Program Changes and Termination

JBS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Share the Glow Program at any time, with or without notice. If the Program is discontinued, credits already issued and valid at the time of discontinuation will remain redeemable for the remainder of their validity period. No new credits will be issued after discontinuation.

Changes to the Program terms will be posted at the URL where these terms are published. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

General

The Share the Glow Program is available to clients of the Jillian Blair Skin East Rutherford, NJ location. Availability at the London location will be communicated separately if and when the Program is extended to that location.​

These program terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising from your participation in the Program is subject to the dispute resolution provisions in the Jillian Blair Skin Terms and Conditions.
