How membership works

Your Monthly Facial
Your monthly facial must be booked and used within your billing cycle. Select your facial at booking; you can change to a different service within your tier up to 24 hours before your appointment. Unused monthly facials are forfeited and do not roll over, unless you bank an appointment in advance (more than 24 hours before your schedule service).

Banked appointments
You can bank and hold one (1) monthly appointment at a time to save for an upgrade. Regimen and Ritual tiers must bank and use it within 60 days. Circle tier can bank and use their appointment at anytime within the 12 month calendar year. If you upgrade to a pricier treatment with your banked appointment, pay the balance at the time of service.

Upgrading Your Monthly Facial
You can upgrade any monthly facial to a treatment above your tier (with balance due t time of service). This is different from banking, you may do this at any time, for any reason, without needing to bank first.
Balance Due Calculation Example: Regimen member banks or upgrades and books a Diamond Hydrofacial. Diamond Hydrofacial cost - Regimen membership = balance due.

Upgrading your membership tier
Upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Your new rte takes effect with your next billing cycle. No penalties, no prorated refunds, you're simply increasing your monthly investment.
Note: booking a service under your membership tier is permitted, no balance difference or refund will provided.

Guest passes
Guest passes let you share one facial experience with someone new to Jillian Blair Skin. Ritual: one pass per calendar year. Circle: two passes per year. Passes must be used within the calendar year. Guests must be new clients (never visited JBS) or haven't been an active client in 12+ months. Guest may choose from foundational facials: JBS Signature, Clarifying, DermaPlane Glow Polish, or PreNatal facials. Guest pass is valid for one (1) appoitment. Guest passes are forfeit for two consecutive cancellations or one no-show and are not eligible for reinstatement.

Retail discounts
Your membership discount applies to all homecare products purchased in-studio or through Jillian Blair Skin's retail store. Regimen and Ritual: cannot be combeined with other offers or promotions. Circle discount is stackable for products only.

Payment & cancellation
Monthly membership payment is automatically deducted via Vagaro on your billing date. Cancel: 30-days written notice before your next payment date. No refunds for remaining time in billing cycle. Pause: up to three (3) consecutive months with no fees. Written request required 15 days before next payment date. Failed Payment: if payment fails, all membership services and benefits suspend immediately. Scheduled appointments are kept unless you cancel per standard cancellation policy which remains in effect.
